Welcome to RamenLegal! These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the RamenLegal App (the "App"), which is powered by an AI technology designed to assist with legal research and provide legal information. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the provisions of these Terms, please do not access or use the App.
1.2 License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
1.3 Updates: We may release updates, enhancements, or modifications to the App from time to time, which may require you to update your version of the App. You agree to install updates promptly to ensure the best performance and functionality of the App.
2.2 Prohibited Activities: You shall not engage in the following prohibited activities while using the App: a) Violating any applicable laws or regulations; b) Reverse-engineering, modifying, or tampering with the App; c) Interfering with or disrupting the App's functionality or networks; d) Uploading or transmitting any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software; e) Impersonating any person or entity; f) Collecting or harvesting any user information without consent; g) Accessing or using the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3.2 Feedback: If you provide any suggestions, ideas, or feedback regarding the App, you grant RamenLegal a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into the App without any obligation to compensate you.
4.2 No Warranty: THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RAMENLEGAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
4.3 Limitation of Liability: RAMENLEGAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Privacy Please refer to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information in connection with the App. By using the App, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Termination These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either party. RamenLegal may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice, for any reason or no reason. You may also terminate these Terms by ceasing to use the App and uninstalling it from your devices.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of The London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). The seat of arbitration shall be London. Each party shall bear its own costs associated with the arbitration.
Modifications to the Terms RamenLegal reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. You should review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the App after the Terms have been modified constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Miscellaneous If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RamenLegal regarding the App and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements.
